Duration Worked before and after maternity period

I am currently on maretinity leave until july 13. I am planning to apply ILR on April 14( as my Tier 1 general visa will expire 1st of may 2014)

so I have 9 months after materinity leave, so 15 months count can be applied in this case for an example... 6 months before materity period and 6 months (out of 9 months) after materinity period. continuiously.
