Notarised Copy of PP and Visa

Hello All,

Where can i do the notarised copy of my Passport and Visa as i dont have orginal letter given by british consulate in mumbai issued on July 2003 for full time student stay in UK from Sept2003 - 2004.

Is there any web site where i can find the Home Office approved Notary in Edinburgh.

Please advise. Thanks
