Flr tier 1 HSMP extension plzz plzz help urgent!!!!

hi , please help with my situation
it would be great if you could help me with my present situation
i am in the UK on Tier 1 (general) with HSMP Approval Letter

1. I got HSMP Approval on december 5th 2005
2. EC Stamped January 2006( for an year till Jan 2007)
3. Got 1st Extension in Jan 2007 (for 4 years till jan 2011)
4. Got 2nd Extension in Jan 2011(for 3years till Jan 2014)
(Applied for 2nd extension with Tier1(general) Extension Application form due to confusion and they have automatically changed my extension to Tier 1 General PBS and stated in their letter along with my passport returned that for the future extensions i need to apply with Tier 1 PBS application form)

Due to staying outside of the uk for longtime i was not eligible for applying for ILR at this time and i have to apply for extension in jan 2014.

My query:


I need a confirmation that when i apply for extension with FLR tier 1 extension form do i need to show maintenance of funds from the last 90days (900 for main applicant and 1800 for dependent) or just the financial activity is enough?




please suggest me what to do for my coming extension
i would be grateful to you if you could help me in this situation
