Tier 1 Dependent Visa for UK born baby outside UK

Hi
I am under the Tier 1 visa and my baby is born in UK. My wife wants to visit my home country with the baby. How much maintenance funds do I need to show for my baby? My wife is under me as a dependent as well but she got her visas 1 year ago. Do i still have to show funds for her as well when applying for my baby? Do I have to show the same amount of maintenance funds when applying from outside UK compared to applying in UK? What is the difference between applying from UK compared to applying from outside UK? My baby got her BCG vaccine in UK and was born here. While applying from outside UK, does she still have to go through the TB testing?
