Advice for a working visa - Haiti.

Hi -

I have a friend in Haiti, who I want to help move to the UK to work and live. She has visited the UK before on a 6 month tourist visa.

Can anyone give me an overview on what she needs to do in order to have the right to work (and live) here? For example, what type of visa will she need? She has no specialist skills. Do you have to have an employee to sponsor you? What is the points based system? Can she get a visa which entails her to just work in the hospitality sector, for example, restaurants, etc. I know this is a broad question.. But I, we, appreciate any help.
