I was very glad to hear about the New Zealander who won his case at the tribunal against the non-extension of his visa. My question is - there is a lot of activity going on now via groups such as the hsmpforum and others. My visa only comes up for renewal in April 2009. By then the whole thing may very well have been swept under the carpet. Are there many other people in the same situation?
I have to decide whether it is going to be worth it for me to stay for the next two years, only to be tossed out then. (As things stand I won't be able to get to the required salary by the due date).
