PBS Dependent apply ILR before Main Applicant

Is it possible that the PBS Dependents of Tier 1 (General) migrant apply for ILR before the Main Applicant?
Kindly advise me

No, the outcome of the dependant is dependent on the main applicant. Unless the dependant qualifies for ILR independently under another category, such as Long residence.
