13 March 2014 New immigration changes

Hi Folks,

I am going for my ILR on 20 April just 15 days earlier then my 5 years completion as Tier 1 (General).The new immigration changes (13 march 2014)would impact on the existing section, where any one can apply for ILR SET(O) after his/her 4 years and 11 months completion?

Please advice.

I beleive if you read your question again, you wll find your answer there.

Its an old rule : where you can apply for ILR on completion of 4 yr 11 months .. I beleive when you say you are applying before 15 days it means you have pass the above threshold.
