Spouse Visa/Leave to Remain - No idea where to put this?

Hi All,

My wife if living in UK from the USA, she is working here and living here for 3 years, she had FLM Blimp and has an Extention for this a furthur 2 years (Expires August 2015).

Everything is happy and fine except one thing, she wants to go back to the USA for her brothers wedding in June is it possible to travel back to the country you came from on this VISA?

Would love any feedback as we are refraining from buying the tickets till we find out.
