Tier 1(General) Dependent Visa from India

Hi Experts,

I have been in UK since 2011 and my visa expiry is 6th Jan 2016. I recently got married and want to bring my wife on Dependent Visa.
I am filling the online application on her behalf and confused about what to fill in the Main applicant section. I already have the visa and she is the only applicant.

There is one section in which her details are filled. But what about Main applicant section?
Do I need to fill my details even though I am not applying for visa?
