Masters degree from mumbai univ, do I still need IELTS

Masters degree from mumbai univ, do I still need IELTS

hello members,
I have a masters degree from mumbai univ. I have got a letter from my college as well as the univ saying that the medium of instructin was in english.
Just wondering if that would do for the english language requirement or i need to give ielts

Most likely this will do. However, there is still room for rejection based on the wording on the letter ans this one open to CW interpreation.
