Need Help for Applying HSMP

Dear All,
First of all thanks for making this wonderful site, the database for HSMP. I got most of the information which I wanted.

Currently I am in UK on work permit for 6 months.
I got 85 points as per the calculator.

Qualification : MCA (Bangalore University)

My questions are:
1. Do I need to write IELTS /
Which certificate I need to produce for the language.
(From MCA or BSc )

2. I am below 27
I do neither have birth certificate nor driving license
I have SSLC certificate where Date of Birth is mentioned
Will this is sufficient to claim 20 points.

Is there a way to convert Work Permit to HSMP?
Or Applying fresh is better?

Could any one of you , please guide me in filling the application.
