USA ENGINEERING DEGREE..

hi, what is the equivalance of 4 years bachelor of science in engineering from u.s.a? is it equal to uk bachelor degree? or masters? if masters then will it be ok to submit this as a english reqirement, since the CO only accept bachelor degree taught in english as ielts waiver?
please shed some light.. :idea:
