Sample Pay slip for No-tax structure country

Hi Guys!
I have been reading these forums for quite sometime.
I am planning to apply for HSMP soon.

I have been working in a Swiss based college since September 2006 and I am based in India. I have never visited Switzerland.

The salary is monthly credited into my indian bank account and that intrnational money transfer shows in my bank statements.
I have my pay slips, bank statements, letter from employer.

They do not have any provision of issuing monthly pay slips. However I will arrange for it from them for the HSMP purpose.

I get my basic pay, bonus and internet allowance and I am working as their Educational Advisor. They also do not deduct any taxes like TDS etc.that can be shown on my payslip.

I have filed my IT returns for Sept 06-March 07 as per indian incme tax return rules and can file again only in March 2008. I have my March 2007 IT return document along with my bank statements.

I want to know that what can I show on my payslip. If I can get a sample payslip of someone in a no-tax structure country like middle east, it would be great.
As I mentioned, my salary consists of basic pay,bonus and internet allowance and it is sent to me by international money transfer from swiss to indian bank account.

Shall I arrange for any other document from my company apart from the last 12 months payslips?
