Date of birth descrepency in BC/DL and passport

My actual date of birth is 13-Feb, and the same is there in my passport.

But in my birth certificate it is 23-Feb and same is there my driving license also. Since I we have to give only Driving license/BC and not passport for HSMP, the descrepency in DOB may not be an issue for HSMP approval.

But, I am worried if my EC will have any issues because of descrepency of DOB in passport and DL/BC that is provided for HSMP approval.

Can I change the DOB in passport to what I have in DL ? How long it will take (Bangalore - india)? And what will happen to the US business visas that I have in my passport ?
