Hi All,
I was going through the job portals for the demand in .NET technologies. I could see more salary is given to the temporary hourly workers than in a regular, permanent mode. How different is this temporary worker status from a permanent worker status there. Is it more risky, unpopular to work as a temporary worker and switch jobs based on the salary given. To my mind working in temp mode will pay me more. This may be my assumption. Please advise.
Regards
Vaidy
