C. 6.1.5 Details of all work experience relevant to this type of work.

I've more than 7 years of experience.

I've been working since the year 2000. I do not have the experience letter or pay slips for the organisation I've worked with during the year 2003-2005.

Do I need to give details of all and do I need to provide all 7 years of pay slips and experience letters, which I dont have?

You only need to provide last 12 months Salary Slip.

Form say that need to provide evidence. Is that important?

If it says you need to provide evidence for all your work-experience, then in theory you should...to be on the safe side!

Is there any chance you can ask your previous employer to draft a letter for you stating how long you worked for them, how much you were paid, and the nature of your work?
