Father ILR, Mother Tier 1 Dep - Baby born in India

I have a query for applying Tier 1 Dependant Visa for my Child born in India.

Father(Me) : ILR (Tier 1 General - 5 years Route) - in UK
Mother : Tier 1 Dependant - Visa valid till Feb-2018 - in India

I am applying for my child tier 1 dependant visa from India, i have read in this forum that visa will be given Inline with mothers visa.

While filling the Online application form, it asks for Main Applicant details,
Who is the Main applicant here Me or my Wife?

Definitely, Child is not the Main applicant. Because while entering the application, Child details were already asked in the first section.
In the last there is one more sections where it asks for the 'Main Applicant' Details.

It should be My(ILR) details,since my child is the dependant on me. i am 80% sure, wanted to get confirmation from others who recently filled the Tier 1 Dependant online application form outside UK.

Me too believe, mother is the Main applicant here.
i dont think <me> Father can be main applicant for applying Tier 1 Dependent visa, as i have already converted ILR visa, and now i can apply for only Settlement visa for my dependents.

Since my wife is already having Valid Tier 1 dependent visa, i think, she can apply for Child on her behalf as Main Applicant to get Tier 1 dependent Child visa.

I want to clarify this doubt, who has recently applied for Child dependant visa from India.
Again the question is, Whose details to enter in the Main Applicant section in the Online application? Mother or Father

I am entering my wife details in the Main Applicant section. She never worked in UK and currently she is in India. In this case, what i need to enter for the following questions. Pls reply.

1. Is the main applicant living in the UK? Currently she is in India (Select Yes or No)
2. What is the address where the main applicant works or studies? She is not working or studying, she is dependent on me.
3. What is the start date of the job or course?
4. What is the end date of the job or course?
