Hi,
7. what type of work or self-employment do you intend to do in the UK?
answer: i 'm going to be a telecommunication engieer.
is it enough? === Explain the role of Telecommunication Engineer (implementation of........design......etc and type of company)

9. Do you hold necessary relevant qualifications and/or memberships to work in your chosen field ? === I beleive this is for those regulated professions, for example a plastic surgeon needs the qualification and memberships to be able to work, or Lawyers (solicitors, barristers) need also qualifications to work.
what's mean "qualifications or memberships"?i have no. how can i supply some evidence of ability to obtain qualification??? === In your particular case, tlecommunications is no regulated, you don't need a specific qualification to work in your field as a "sin equanon" condition, many UK "telecommunication engineers" neve graduated from college or university and they work. Now, it would help your case if you join IEEE, that way you can say, membership: International Electrical Electronic Enineering..something

10.are you aware of any impediments to you taking work in your chosen field? ==== again, doctors can not take work until they are accepteb by the country legal body...telco engineers no problem
i say yes. but the full details and evidence of ability???? === you are not aware of any impediments, I suggest you attach 3 or four job postings showing that they don;t ask for a particular document.

11.what arrangement have you made to seek work upon your arrival in the UK?
please give me some advide or sample to complete this~~~~~~ ==== go to www.contractoruk.com, they have a search engine for works, go to yahoo.co.uk and to monster.co.uk, find postings, contact "recruiters" and try and get interviews with them, show HOme Office that your arrangements are interviews with recruiters and or employers, initial contacts

13. what do you expect to earn in the first 12 months in the UK?
how much money i should fill in ? ==again, the job pages will clearly show how much you can expect to earn in the 12 months, don't overshot, remember they only want to be sure you are not going to take public funds to live...

good luck.
