Changing Employer with out FLR after initial approval????

Changing Employer with out FLR after initial approval????

Hi, Is that legal, if i change the employer with out FLR after initial approval.

I have got approval and planning to give it for stamping only on April.

And also, I just go the information that, If i give it for FLR on April, It will be stamped for 3 years(initial FLR) due to change in system. Am i right?

Please advise the same
