Applied for HSMP on DEC 01 2007 -Please reply

Hi all,
i have applied for HSMP on DEC 01 2007 .
I got back my original certificated by jan second week 2008 :(
It had no letter with whether my hsmp is approved or not.

Please tell me if i can have hope that my HSMP will be approved.
Its almost two months gone after i applied.
Any such experience.Please reply :shock:
