FLR query

hi there!
My husband is an IT professional and is here on a work permit visa(expires in 2009) and has recently applied for HSMP.We hope it gets approved.My worry now is that we need to go back to our country in july(to settle down the current job requirements) and so we need to know that whether we shud apply for FLR from here or we shud go for entry clearance from our contry.Will there be any problem in getting Entry Clearance since we were in UK during our HSMP approval.Plz sumbody guide me thru this as we r in great worry.
