HSMP appllication under Tier 1 (document guidance needed)

Post by aaa123 » Fri Feb 29, 2008 4:01 pm

Hello,

I am looking to make an application under Tier 1 catagory and have following queries with regards to that:

1.English Language Assessment:

I hold an MSc degree from a UK univesity and would like to know if that is going to be a sufficient evidence to satisfy this requirement (please note that I will be claiming 35 points for this anyway).

OR

For the demonstration of english proficiency a letter from my first, non -UK, university stating:
My name
Degree Title
Start and finish date and grade
would be sufficient!!!!

Please also tell me if I would need to get it (first degree certificate) approved from NARIC in order to make it valid for acceptance for English language proficiency criteria??!

2. Age:

what should I produce for this
My orginal passport
OR
A translated copy of my birth certificate (as it is in non-english language) from an authorised notary of my home country

3.Previous Earnings:

I have a gap of 4 months between my two employments so should I count my salaries for any previous months out of last 15 months immediate to date of application. While doing that I will not have 12 consecutive months for the earnings.

Will I need to include my bank statements.

4.UK Experience:

What evidence should I produce for this UK wage slips or an experience letter from my employer.

Another Question: As I will be applying for visa outside UK, and in order to show my accomodation proof in UK upon arrival what documents should I show ? I had the tenancy agreement but that got lost can I produce the photocopy of it? ??????

I know that is a lot I am asking but still I expect Gurus to help me out of this!!!!
