HSMP entry clearance appeal- time lapsed- what is next?

Hi All
I had Launched appeal against entry clearance decision thru AIT. And AIT11 say ECO must submit bundle by 29 feb 2008, which has past but there is no communication from Embassy?
Do they respond normally within stipulated dates or may take longer?
And if they want to give visa, how they go about that? letter ? phone?

Hi,
appeal is not that much straight forward. a normal case of appeal takes 6 months for the decision.its better to re-apply and get your ec done before your initial approval expires.
