Is anyone applying for EC in March from NZ ??

Do we have to requalify for Tier 1 under the maintenance section ?? or are we still using the HSMP version ??

And do we get 2 or 3 yr initail stay in UK ??

Can some please varify.....Am a bit confused about the new rule :( :(
