Visitor Visa rejected from india for infant born in UK

Hi All,

Could you please let me know whether Baby born in UK, can travel to India on indian passport without UK visa?

Do you know anyone who traveled to india with the above category recently?

Because from the below link the highlighted line is worrying me.

Children born while you’re in the UK

If you have children while you’re in the UK, you can apply for permission for them to stay.

You must do this if you want to travel in and out of the UK with them.

When you apply, send a full UK birth certificate for each child showing the names of both parents.

How does baby plan to reenter UK?!

Hi,
At present I am on Tier 1 General Visa. My kid born(Sep 2016) in UK and returned to India having a Indian passport (Feb 2017).
However when I applied for visitor visa from India in Aug 2017, it got rejected saying his stay is not regularized in the period of Sep 2016 (date from he born) till Feb 2017 (date he left the UK). Could you please let me know what is the procedure to regularise the same?

Why did you apply for a visitor visa and not Tier 1 Dependent?

What visa does the other parent hold?

The child is clearly NOT a visitor and would NOT have been able to switch visa categories within the UK either.
