urgent query

Post by ran » Tue Apr 08, 2008 11:18 pm

Hi guys,

In the light of todays judgement I am in urgent need of some advice.
I was under the old hsmp scheme and my 4 years are going to be up 8th of may.
Earlier this year I had made an application for EEA1 and EEa2 joint application - which is still pending! But now should I also apply for ILR as 4 years is complete? If I should, in that case should I withdraw my EEA application or apply for the ILR with a notarized copy of my passport explaining the situation?

Any advice would be very appreciated.

BEst REgards,
Ran

HO has not accepted the judgement and issued actions there upon for HSMP holders to file for ILR. It may go for appeal. These are all the delaying tactics so that people like you get out of UK etc. due to visa expiry.

I would say just hold on, let HO take the next step, which they will take a lot of time to do.

So things still remain as they were before the judgement, honestly you have the same options as they were earlier.
