dependant-Husband

Post by Luxmipriyaa » Wed Apr 16, 2008 4:56 am

Hi All,

I want to apply for HSMP(tier 1) Im from India.

I hv few questions...

is it better to apply in the same application for my husband ?
Can he go and work in UK(legally) in any company if he got the visa ??

what is the proof that we hv to submit for our relationship (marriage certificate) or anything else ???

If we get the visa, can he go alone first ( as he is a dependant) .. or can I hv to go with him first ???

and how abt Background verification ?? my husband is hving some problem with his Degree. do they verify anything if he applies by himself with some fake degree (as a initial/primary applicant) ?? he is working here in india(with UG degree, his score comes to 95) is this ok ?
we hv got the degree from the univ. due to some reasons they hv cancelled it. but the degree certiificate is with us. can we use that to apply??

See also Points-Based System Tier 1, General, Dependant (INF 22). I think your husband will also need to fill in his own application form.

I don't think that he may enter the UK before you do.

Don't use fake documents.
