Hi all,

I am applying for FLR, should i have to show the bank statement £800 pounds for a day or for exactly 1 month. Say i've balance on april 10 is £800

for example , if i am applying on May 10
Do i have to show the closing bank statement

  ii. Inbetween any date in April (say april 30th)

You must document that the funds are in the bank account for all 90 days prior to the application. If the balance is below the required amount even one time, you need to begin counting 90 days again.

No news yet how strict immigration is being with this rule ... but, it is the law. So an application can be rejected (theoretically) if your balance goes below the requirement for even one second.

My mistake.

I am informed the 90 day requirement is waived until the end of June.

in the url it says

However, the documents supporting the evidence of the GBP 800 must be no older than one month prior to the application.

this is whre i m confused,, Do I need to show for 1 month??

or in between any day is enough??

Accoding to the Statement given in the link below I have understood as If you have balance( Closing Balance) of £ 800 on the Last day of your Bank Statement and Last day should not be older than 1 month then it is ok

i understand this 800GBP reqt is only for those who apply from UK. HO has given an exception till June 28 2008. However ppl outside UK has to show a minumum balance of 2800GBP over the last 3 months period.
