All,

If you have received your HSMP letter and have already applied for FLR under Tier 1 please can I ask you to respond to my queries.

1. According to the rule book you have to show certan maintenance funds. In my case my wife(Dependant) has a Savings account and I normally transfer any excess money in her account.

So the question is Can I use bank statements for her account and use them against the my application. She will be a coapplicant in same application as dependant.

or

Do I have to have funds my account as I am the main applicant.

Any help or information on this would be highly appreciated.

Please can some one respond to my query.

I dont want to wait untill I have the funds in my account for one month as just want to complete the process.

Yes, the account you show as evidence of maintenance funds should be in your name (or a joint account should also suffice).
