Best way to submit docs in VFS office

Dear all,

What is the best way to submit all the original docs along with Covering letters, Application forms etc in VFS office?

1) All docs in one single File (which includes 20 odd transparent plastic sheets) separated by a Heading sheet for each section. For eg, Age section heading in a single paper -->followed by covering letter --> followed by docs etc

(or)

2) Separate transparent plastic files for each of the section.. meaning if you are claiming points under 5 different sections.. you will be providing 5 different files

(or)

Any other easier method.

Please pour in your suggestions.. your suggestion would really help me!
