Urgent advice needed------ pl help

Post by surmui » Sat May 17, 2008 8:25 am

Hi all,
I am HSMP 1+3, my visas expire on 27'th May.I was hoping to see some update on the website for new forms and kept delaying sending in my application till today. But no joy yet so decided to fill in the existing forms and sent in the application by monday for all four of us (Me+ three dependents). And lo, what a Shock. My daughters passports have expired on April 07. :(

I am totally shaken with the idea of being so stupid not having realised it for so long, but apparently they were tucked in safeley ,( did't need these for any reasons, as we did not travel anywhere since last trip in 06)

I will want to send in dependents applications along with mine for extension, but cannot send in their passports.what do i do?

The form does permit applicant not sending in passports for such reasons, but my question is ,what is the latest they would want the remaining passports or if otherwise how will their passports will have visa stamps on them?
Can I sent these passports on a later date. Pl advice on this asap.Thanks[/b]

Thanks mpunaskar for kind advice, will ring HO tomorrow and will go to the embassy tomorrow first thing in the morning, have downloaded the forms and everything needed.

Shall try to explain the situation and hope for the best as you said.

Hope it does not turn out to be as it seems at the moment and does not affect their judgement on my extension application.

Thanks once again.
