HSMP>to>Tier1

Post by Nalfa » Wed May 21, 2008 8:34 pm

Hi guys,

It is me again, I was wondering through BIA website and I cant find a vital peace of info. Since I’m an HSMP approved candidate (approval letter received in April) and I’ll be applying under Tier1 (most probably).

Now the question is they say I’ll have to send my HSMP approval along with the application, but should I include the original documentation for the points claim or not???

I’m puzzled they say “don’t fill the points part of the applicationâ€

If you have the HSMP approval letter and applying for initial leave to remain under Tier 1 (transitional arrangements), there's no need to send the entire set of documents that you sumbitted for the initial HSMP approval. As mentioned in the guidance, you need to include the approval letter.

Call HO just now, a guy answered didn't seem to be knowing a lot about so I waited on line while he looked through the files and told me that NO we dont need to send any additional docs, but we need to send maintenace funds docs.
