Need to mention about Degree Certificate??

Hello,

A silly/trivial query ...

I am applying for Tier 1 .I am on HSMP currently..as per the guidence:
[Since I have been previously granted leave under Highly Skilled Migrant Programme, and have previously scored points for the same qualification for which I wish to claim points in this current application ,I need not submit any evidence of my qualification. ]

But i am submitting my certificate to claim english lang. ponts anyways..

So do i need to mention that although i need not submit certificate,still i am providing for eng. language certi OR just write that i am not providing certificate as per guidence...I dont want to confuse case worker by giving additional info. .But i dont know which is the best/easy way to explain the case worker..

I think it will be better to indicate clearly in your cover letter that as you submitting the degree merely in support of the English language qualification. You just need to highlight it properly although, as you must be knowing, there are no hard and fast rules
