Help Needed !!

Post by reach_shash » Mon May 26, 2008 9:49 pm

Hi Guys,

First offall, a sinciere thanks to everyone for their really helpful posts on this forum! I have two urgent queries for which i need some enlightment from people who have successfully received their Tier 1 VISAs :

For the Earnings points :

a) I plan to enclose 12 months salary slips( signed and stamped by my employer) and bank statement correspoding to that period. Are just these two documents sufficient to present as evidence of claimed earnings to the Home office?

b) My bank stament (as above) just mentions the words: "Salary Credit" for entry correspoding to each months salary payment and doesn't mention the name of the employer. However the salary amounts in the bank staments match with the ones in the salary slips for the 12 month period claimed. Is it OK? If not , what other documentation do i need to submit or how do i fix this situation?

A qucik response who be highly appriciated !
.

Many Thanks,
Shash

@reach_shash ..

You need to submit IT returns for the claimed period and also submit a salary certificate from employer for claimed period.

If possible submit a letter from bank stating that these salary credits are from XXX company.

Hope this will help you. For any help drop me a line..

The pay slips and the bank statements are all you need. Make sure you highlight the relevant transaction on each bank statement.

As long as you have provided the correct employer contact details for any verficiations you should be fine.

Goodluck.
