IMP : Regarding cover letter format

Hi all,

I have seen that, most of the people who have pasted the cover letter format is lengthy and difficult to understand.

Please follow the ground rule of preparing a cover letter as precise as possible because I dont think the officers do have so much time to understand and grasp what has been written.

*Keep it very precise and highlight main points which can catch the readers attention while reading.
