HSMP OLD Rules

Hi All,

i was granted HSMP in March 2006(1 year validity) and i came back to india in Aug 2007 as my application was refused due to new rules for extension were introduced. so my visa is already expired in march 2007.

Can any one tell me that JR will be helpful to me for getting HSMP extension as i came back to india.

Can i apply for extension now as we have won the case?

It is expected that UKBA will publish guidelines (for people affected by JR) this week, so keep an eye on the UKBA website

I am sure you are covered by the JR of 8th of April. As mentioned above, just keep checking back on HO's website for any update...
