Hi Guyz,

My visa is due in Jan 2009. I am confused about my earning criteria.

I am doing a part time job and getting weekly paid. since its a second job, BR code is taxed but i am working only less hours so they dont deduct NI.

This might sound a bit siliy but i want to clear my confusion. . My question is will the HSMP team consider

1. weekly payslips

2. earning from second job when no NI has been paid on the second job. only taxed BR code.
