Payslips

Hi,

I received HSMP approval letter in March and planning to apply for EC in August. During application for HSMP approval letter I have given payslips for 12 months ie., Feb 2007 to Jan 2008.

During EC application I will be submitting the bank statements for 3 months for maintanance fund proof. Do I need to submit all the payslips ie., from Feb 2008 to tilldate or 3 months payslips are enough?

You need to submit your payslips for the 12months through which you got the approval letter.

You are mixing up the Salary points criteria and maintenance fund criteria.

Hi,

For salary points anyway i will be showing the same bank statment and pay slips for 12 months i have claimed for getting the approval letter.

My question is for maintanace funds do i need to submit 3 months bank statements or 6 months bank statements because I recieved my approval letter in March so the gap will be 6 months till now.

So do i need to show the bank transactions for all the gap from approval letter or only recent 3 months trasactions details are enough.

The conditions relating to mantenance funds require that you provide documentary evidence to prove that you have held the maintenance funds for *3 months* preceding your application.

Read What the documents must show or maintenence funds section in the policy guidance.
