Tier1 General

I have sent my application for Leave To Remain in the UK under Tier1 General PBS for self and dependent.

Application Sent 17/06/2008.
Money deducte 18/06/2008
Reference number letter receivde dated 18/06/2008 on 20/06/2008.

Still I did not receive my passport, send several mails but they not updating status rather they send mail stating normally decision will be made in 10 weeks do not call us before that.

Could some one please tell me how to get my passport, as I have to travel urgently in 1 week time.
