Bank Details on Integra form

Hi,

in the Integra form, there is a section for Bank contact person and Bank contact number. I didnt have the details while applying for EC.

Guys any idea is that a mandatory thing to fill in...i believe for an bank like ICICI, integra should have their own contact details for verifications...

any thoughts ?
