Preparing for Dependent Application - Biometrics

Post by philpott555 » Wed Aug 13, 2008 6:00 am

After I receive my Tier 1 Visa I will need to submit applications for my dependents (spouse and 2 children).

I had my biometric appointment for fingerprinting, will my wife and children (both under age 18) need to have biometric appointments as well?

I am concerned that there are only 2 or 3 slots per day allotted for the biometric appointments in my area, which may require almost a week to process all 3 of them.

thank you very much.

Had you mentioned where are you applying from then others could share their informtaion.

When I had applied, there was facility to book appointment in group. I had applied from Germany.

My own query as to whether dependents need to attend a biometrics appointment has just been answered. The answer is 'yes'. See:
