The Tier 1 Policy Guideline PDF file is no longer available at http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... yguide.pdf

Could someone mail/upload the same if available. I guess not possible to upload files on this message board.

What kind of effort have you made to find it on UKBA?

You are applying for Highly Skilled visa, you must apply some.
