HSMP EXTENSION URGENT

Hello all,

I have HSMP Extension next month and i come under old rules for extension as my approval is in august 2006 and now my question is

what documents i have to submit to support
please let me know what documents i have to submit as i have dependent also

second thing i was working for one company till august and now from this month onwards i have new job and i have already started and now i have refrence letter from old company and now i heard they are in losses and nearing to bankrupcy almost.

but i already have job now and economically active and i dont know about old company is nearing to bankrupcy

my question i have all documents from old company and new company documents from this month
and iam active, is that enough r what else?
