Hi All,

I have applied for Tier 1 program switching from WP to Tier1.I have submitted my application on 11th July 2008.I have received a letter from Home Office last week that they need my photogrpahs as they don't find it appropriate.I sent my photographs last week.

I want to know does it mean that my application is approved and they need my photographs for further stamping only.Other way is that they have started my case and they asked for photograph only.I have sent an email to my case worker for asking that he has received my photogrpahs or not .I haven't got any reply on that.Now I believe this is the time to call them up to know about my case.

Please share your views on that.

I read a similar case where the caseworker asked for new photos because the application was approved. But I wouldn't get my hopes up, I agree you should phone them.
