Need help to get queries on TIER1

Hi,

Please help me with following queries.

I want to apply for Tier1.

1.What r the applications i need to fill?.

2.where i have to submit the application.Is the VFS office will take application directly or do i need to courier?.

3.How old the Bank statement can be?.Is 15 days old statement is Fine?.

4.what r the Covering letters i need to include?.

5.Anyone who applied for tier 1 General new one bangalore .ple give contact details.

6.Do need to give my skill set info ,resume and details of jobs available in uk?.

Pls suggest me.
