Very Urgent Query on Tier 1, expecting reply ASAP...

Dear Friends,

My brother is applying for Tier 1 next week.
1) He is confused in the previous earnings section. The issue is as follows:
He is gettng Rs 20,000 as shift allowance every month, apart from the usual salary, but this is not part of the Remuneration package, when the job was offered to him.
Can he show it as a part of previous earnings. The amount is reflected as shift allowance in the original salary slip also.

2) The company has made two accounts for him, one is the Saving account for salary credits and the other is the Current account for reimbursements, can we show this as part of the previous earnings.
If yes, then how do we show it from both the accounts.

3) The name on the salary slip in the previous organization was 'Rajvir Singh' and in the current organization is 'Singh, Rajvir'.
Does it makes a difference. If yes, then how do i fix it.

Reimbursements of expenses can not be used to gross up the earnings. So it depends on how the shift allowance has been treated in your brother's (Rajvir?) case

Singh, Rajvir or Rajvir singh should not have any issue. You may want to clarify this in the cover letter
