withdrawal of Student visa

hello every1,

just need to ask while i was in UK on student visa and visa got expired in nov 2006. Homeoffice took sometime and asked for further paperworks. meantime i had my final exams and withdrew my application. they didnt stamp reject or anything i just got a notification of withdrawal letter from Homeoffice. i am wondering if i can claim 5 points fo studying there in UK.
