I have filed for application on 15-Jan-09 for Tier-1. I want to thank one and all in the list for their contribution. This forum is a great place to get things clarified.

As a continuation of the thread, I wish to inform that I got my Visa for Tier-I for 3 Years upto 2012.

Date of Application: 15/01/2009
Date of Getting passport back with stamping: 06/02/2009

I owe to this forum for this. Thanks a lot immigrationboard members. Keep it up.
