Tier1 - Dependent form doubts

Hi

In the dependent application section -2

the following details are requested in the application form.

1) B10 - Home office reference numbers
2) B11 - worker reference number.

Please let me know if we need to give main applicatnt reference numbers here or can we leave it blank.
